memory could not be read - debug?

We have all critical patches installed and up to date,
yet the user keeps getting these errors:"ctfmon.exe the
instruction at 0x60005533 referenced memory 0x04036687.
The memory could not be read. Click Cancel to debug" This
happened when she selected Tools | Internet Options |
Clear History from her browser window. And also she gets
a memory error when she opens Hot Dog every time. We
already upgraded her RAM to 512 MB and also her paging
file is set to 1500 MB. What can we do to fix this
annoying error?
