memory clipping at 100%

XP[sp1] systom Intel Desktop Board D865GLC.

This is a newly built computer. Pictures are hard to
control and memory is cliping at 100% Memory has been
increased from 1 GB TO 2 GH with little or no
improvement.Cannot increase memory any more.Please Help.

Run Perf Mon->Process->%Processor Time->Select everything
there except _Total. That should give you an idea as to
which running process is hogging up your memory.
