memory access violation?

I'd appreciate some help with this which causes hungapp
from time to time, especially IE (6.1)

"instruction at 0x01A35443 tried to access memory at
0x01A35443, the read failed"

I sometimes get the same error message with a different
address, but the last 4 characters are the same (5443).

What's up with that??? Bad Ram, or disk error?

You cound have a RAM chip going bad.
