Memo Field Text

When I place text into a memo field who's Display is Plain Text
in both Table and Form it displays as '<div>Text</div>' in the
Datasheet. Any settings elsewhere I need to look at?

Sorry. I had the editing form's memo field set to Rich Text.
Guess I should look farther than my nose.
