Memo Field Scrollbar

I did search, but found no answer.

In a memo field, form or report, how can I get a vertical scrollbar when the
text entry go further down?

In a report you can set the Can Grow property of the text box to Yes. Also,
set the Can Grow property to Yes in the section (Detail, Header, etc.)
containing the text box.
In a form you can set the text box Scroll Bar property to Vertical. A
report is not interactive, so you cannot have a working scroll bar on a
report.
