meetingplaner problems

Hi we have this problem, that we dont know how to solve.

We are running outlook 2003 on an exchange server.

Is it possible: when I sent a meeting appointment to a number of people
within the company, that the meeting appear as "preliminary meeting"in the
calender of all invited although they havent accepted the meeting yet.
We have a large number of sales people which all have shared calenders and
it would be a great help for the secretaries if they could see meetings not
yet accepted, so it would minimize double booking.

Kind regards
Jacky

It depends on how the recipients have their calendar acceptance configured.
