Meeting Space - Can't Connect

I can not get two Vista machines (both running Home Premium) to join one
another's meetings with Windows Meeting Space. Both PCs are on the same
private subnet, both PCs have OneCare installed. I have worked on the
firewalls, even completely turning them off, and nothing works. If either PC
attempts to connect to a meeting on the other PC, it gives an error that the
connection could not be made. What am I doing wrong? Could this be an IPV6
problem?

Nothing in that article helped my situation. I verified that all services
were running, I verified that both pc's had IPV6 installed, I verified that
all firewall software was either disabled or had all appropriate open ports.
Still nothing, I can't connect.

I even tried using an invitation file, as opposed to just connecting to the
visible meeting. Still won't connect.

The strange thing is that while I have meeting space open, I can see the
other meeting and see the other meeting space users to invite. When I click
"invite" however, it shows their name on my screen as if waiting for a
response but next to their name it shows "(Offline)". It just doesn't make
any sense.
