Meeting request problem

I am Running Outlook 2000 and am trying to receive a Calander Apointment from
another Outlook 2000, When I receive the E-mail it is just a buch of text
without any button.
Sugestions on how to successfully receive and answer this typ of e-mail?

I am having exactly the same problem but with Outlook 2003. I am also missing
the accept, decline buttons in the email.
