meeting reminders should pop up on top of applications

Using Office 2003. Our Outlook meeting reminder notices do not pop up on top
of open applications (such as WORD, EXCEL or AutoCAD). It is behind them
with a collapsed notice in bottom bar. You can easily miss meetings. In
older versions it popped up on top of all applications.

I have the same problem using Outlook 2003 and Windows XP. In fact, I was
late to a meeting today because of this problem.

I am having similar problem in that reminders are not displaying on top of
other programs so therefore do not always pick them up. Not sure whether this
is down to use of snooze or other options. Did you resolve your problems
