Hello,

on a Windows 2003 server running Microsoft Outlook 2003 a meeting send to
user A is also automaticly forwarded to user B.

I don't want the meeting to be forwarded to user B.

How can I disable this?

Regards,

Maurice

Check to see if user B is a delegate for user A or if User A has rule setup
or it may be setup on the server to forward items to User B.

Hi Francine,

thanks for helping me out.
- User A doesn't have a rule setup for this
- Tools | Options | Delegates: The listbox is empty

Do you know where to look on the server to see if the items are forwarded
to User B?

b.t.w. The account of User B doesn't exist anymore. The account has been
deleted :(

Maurice

On AD (Active Directory) - Exchange General tab - Delivery Options.

Regards,

Hi Francine,

there is no forwarding address specified in that section.
Do you have any other ideas?

Regards

Do you have any third party applications that would forward it automatically
or has any code been added to that Outlook that would forward. I am not
positive at this point of how or what would be forwarding it if you have
checked rules, delegates and any automatic forwarding on the server and
there is not any setup

I believe I have the premise of this issue correct, that if person A
received a meeting request then it is automatically forwarded to person B.
Also is person B receiving all emails from person A or just meeting items.
If just meeting items are you positive that they are indeed being forwarded
to this person and not just receiving an invitation to the meeting.
