meeting acceptance duplication

Really Stumped

I work with outlook in a network of other users at my company and I have one
employee that when sending out a request for meeting attendance, the response
from the attendee accepting the invite will not only go back to the
originator but also to four other employees that were not on his attendee
list or any group email list on his outlook. All 5 involved are using Outlook
2002. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated. I am really stumped.

Sounds like a delegation issue. Check to see if either the originator or the
replier has the other people as delegates.
