Probably not. "Medical consulting" is both a very specific and a very broad
topic. Consulting in a family practice single-doctor clinic? in a research
university? consulting for pharmaceutical research clinical trials?
You're almost certainly going to need to write an application customized to
your own particular needs. There are Access database templates, but they're
mostly for very widespread common tasks such as inventory applications,
timesheets, and the like, and even there need to be adapted for your own
business rules.
