Media library/ organizer?

Hi,

I am looking for a program to organize my media files, music and movies
based on meta data (ID tags). It should not be a player. I have what I
need in that respect. Something like the library in Winamp, but without
Winamp would be great. I have been looking around, but most of these
things comes with players, not as standalone applications. There are some
tag editors that are close to be what I want, but they are often a bit too
limited.

Ideas anyone? Thank you in advance.

I use it on XP, and see no problems with it. Been free for a couple of years
now.
