Please help!
When I tried to open Windows media center. The following message pop up:
media center has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop
working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if solution
is avaliable.The erroe is :
Windows NT Version 6.0 Build: 6000
Product (0x3): Windows Vista (TM) Home Premium
Edition: HomePremium
BuildString: 6000.16386.x86fre.vista_rtm.061101-2205
Flavor: Multiprocessor Free
Architecture: X86
LCID: 1033

I had the exact same problem..both my Windows Sync Center and Windows media
center suddenly stop working..but only after i connect my I-Pod or Zune in to
the computer this problem occurs....I NEED HELP

Same here. I did just attach an iPod but removed it. Vista repair stopped
at 'If you recently added a music device remove it now' removal makes no
diffeernce and message returns with or without the device attached. Search
has found many others with this problem but no solution.

This is a brand new laptop running Vista and if I try to open video files in
media crnter I get the error as well and when I asked to check the internet
to solve the problem nothing happens. ya giveme my XP back

Does the Sync Center fail?
Does Windows Media Player fail?
Those are easier to debug for me than Media Center is. =)
