Got it; love it, still not sure what *all* it does!
I manage a crisis hotline. At the end of the year, we answered some
questions by a reporter, and mentioned that a new computer would just make
us do cartwheels. Two weeks later, a computer angel walked in the door with
an absolutely *awesome* system and wished to remain anonymous. We are so
grateful!
