media center keeps popping up??

hi,
hope someone can tell me how to stop this.
everytime my laptop is turned on or comes out of hibernation windows media
center comes on.gives me options to play videos etc but cant see any options
to stop it coming up everytime.
any help appreciated.

have a look in defender click tools-software explorer and see if it is
enabled if so disable at startup this goes for any other software unwanted at
startup
