Me![{ImageControlName}].Picture property DOES NOT EXIST

I have added an Image Control to a form and am able to display images
(linked) that change from record to record based on a field in a specific
table. When I go to repeat the process in a report, the .Picture attribute
does not exist, making it impossible to display changing images on a report.
 
Check the you added an Image control and not a bound or unbound OLE control.
