ME IE6 pics blurry

Pictures on webpages are blurry. Streaming video is blurry
too. Saved pictures and video clips view fine. I paused a
video and restarted it, it was clear until it got to the
point where I paused it.
Appreciate any help.

Try this:
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools | Internet Options, click on the
"Advanced" tab, and uncheck "smart image dithering"
