MDE Files - Can not Move them

I still have not had an answer to this, anyone with any ideas?

No idea, but that is a pretty cool "feature". It would certainly cut down
on people copying your file and taking it home or to a new job .
Too bad it can still be opened through the application.

find something called 'jet utilities' from microsoft-- it will probably
only be available as a tool for Access 97 or something.

this includes something called LDB viewer; this will tell you who has
the file open.. i think that it will even let you kill connections; i
can't remember.

in the long term; use MSDE instead of MDB-- MDB is dead.

I'm pretty sure this reflex is not intentional. I've never encountered it.

No, it does work for Jet 4.0 MDBs.

No, it won't let you kill connections.
