I cannot open my mde file with my version of access(2003). So i decided to
create a new database et import tables, queries, forms and reports.

I'm able to do that for my tables, queries but the forms and reports I can
see them but i can't select them form the menu.

Is there an option in access2003 that i can set or another way to transfert
forms and reports in my new databases.

thanks i used MDE Unlocker for Microsoft Access trial version for
http://www.everythingaccess.com/ and everything works fine.

You need the original mdb that was used to create the mde, else you can't
upgrade that older mde to 2003...

Without the mdb, you can't modify forms, or code, and you can't upgrade that
mde to a 2003 mde.

You *must* use the mdb in a97 that was used to create the a97 mde. It is the
access 97 mdb that you use to upgrade to access 2003, you THEN create the
2003 mde using access 2003.

mde's cannot be upgraded, only mdb's..
