We have developed an application package using VB 6.0 and
Access 200 Database. We compiled the VB project and
created an Exe file.
Now We want to install this Exe and a corrosponding Access
Database file (.Mdb) on myoesnt have Office 2000 (or
office 97) installed on his PC.
My Question is " Does my client need Access License to use
my vb application ".

No, your client does not need a license for Access in the scenario you
describe.
