MCE on XPe

Hi All,

Any idea if Media Center components will be available for Windows XP
embedded?

Media Center is a different product. XPe is a componentized version of
the Pro sku. This does not include the off shoot versions like Home,
Media Center or Tablet PC editions.

I thought that Media Center was just a layer on top of XP.

Windows Media Center is not suitable for running on the VIA EPIA M
Mainboard.
I think this is due to all the processes that are running in the background.
So I thought maybe it is possible to build and OS for this mainbord and add
an extra layer for Media Center.
