Maybe Profiles

Our classroom pc's use Windows XP. Currently the school network is a
workgroup not a domain. I want to create three logins with different access
to desktop/ network resources but am unsure of the best to way to implement.
The logins I want are:

Teacher - Access to all network/desktop computer programs and resources

Student - No access to Internet, control panel, Outlook Express, Internet
Explorer and Admin tools. Bascially the desktop environment is locked down.

Internet - Same as student above but with access to Internet
