Maxmize a Form with its Content

I want that my Access form maxmized with all of its contents i.e. If I placed
a text box or label it also adjut it self when a form maximized.

That is not something that Access forms do by themselves.
There a couple of resizing routines on the web (Google is
your friend), but they are not totally infallible.
