B Bob I Aug 21, 2006 #2 Does the BIOS read 4? If no then thats a hardware issue. Otherwise you could look at the BOOT.INI in Msconfig and see if that is set to a maxmem.

D Donny Broome Aug 21, 2006 #3 Consult the manufacturer of your motherboard. Perhaps a BIOS upgrade is needed.
