Maximum path length still 255 characters in XP?

The date and time was 2/7/2008 6:46 AM, and on a whim, E-Double pounded
out on the keyboard:
Is the maximum file and path length still 255 charactes in WinXP,sp2? TIA ...

Yes, except for certain tools such as ntbackup.exe or robocopy.exe.
