Word is not a page layout application, so the concept of 'pages' is rather
vague and affected by a variety of factors, not least of which is the
printer driver. However the absolute limit for text is 32 mb, but this can
be extended by the addition of graphics etc. 32mb of text is a serious
number of pages, and I wonder whether any printed tome of such magnitude
would be useful for anything other than as a step to reach a high shelf!
For most practical documents there would be no limit to the number of pages
you could have.
