Maximum Count

Can someone help me with the formula or vba to compare row 1 to row 10
of sheet1 (cell,A1:A10) against sheet2 from row1 to row 30
(cell,A1:A10) and write down the highest counts that are the same, i
cell column 12 (cell L) of sheet1 for each individual row ?
