Maximum Allowed connections to a shared folder

Can anyone tell me what the maximum number of users are
allowed to connect to a shared folder in Windows 2000
Professional?
 
10 connections max, and depending on how many "background" connections
are being made you will not be able to connect 10 users concurrently.

10 connections total to the computer, its not on a folder basis.
