Maximizing and Restoring Forms

Professionals:

I am using a main form which is maximized. I have command buttons on this
form which open other forms which I do not want maximized. Is there a way to
leave the main form open and maximized and have the secondary form open not
maximized but rather the size I want it to be in the top right corner?

I have done some browsing through similar questions and I applied a theory
where I use restore and that causes my secondary form to open properly but
behind this form I see the main form in a restored and not maximized state.

The second form will not be maximized if you set it's 'Pop Up' property to
'Yes'.

Brendan: I have stuggled with my confusion over forms seeming to maximize and
