maximize issue

Why is my browser window not maximizing to the top of my screen?
It is about a 1/4 inch low. Other applications are fine.

Go to http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/ietips.htm Scroll down to "Opening
Internet Explorer Full Size." The REG file ResetWindowPlacement.reg is
probably the fix for you.
