Maximize browser for Producer-created presentation?

I found instruction for maximizing a PowerPoint presentation saved as
HTML(http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00428.htm), but they do not quite
work for a Producer HTML presentation. The presentation opens up in a
restore IE window and I'd like to find a way, either through the autorun or
one of the script files, to open IE maximized.
