Maximize and Minimize buttons on Word

Mixed up? How? Are they not in the right sequence? Do they not react in the
way that you think they should? Help us out a bit here...
 
NO they aren't in the right sequence!! When I press it to maximize the
screen, it minimizes it and if I want to minimize the screen it maximizes
it...
