Maximize a form

How can I keep a form maximized? I would like to keep a form maximized
always, when opening reports and other forms.

Access (like Word and Excel) is an application where if you maximize one inner
window you maximize ALL inner windows. The exception is if you open a form with
its Popup property enabled. I suppose if you opened all other forms as Popups
you might achieve what you want, but I don't think you can do that with reports.
