Form Maximize?

Hi,

I have an access application with two forms. frmMain is set to maximize on
open to cover the working area. On top, the is a toolbar and a menu bar that
can be used to open other form. When I open frmEditData, which is not in
maximized on open, the frmMain size at the back is reduced showing part of
the database area. Is there a way to keep the frmMain maximize all the time
while open other form at it current size (windows state?)
