Maximising Forms in Access 2003

I've recently started working with Access 2003 and can't
for the life of me work out how to set a form so it always
opens maximised. Can someone assist?
I've tried setting the autoresize to 'no' and then
dragging the form to the size of most of the screen, but
it's not quite right.
