Max. Windows 2000 Server User Accounts

Has anyone
got a number for the maximum
Windows 2000 Server User Accounts that can be made on a
single machine? Not concurrent logons but just the
accounts maintainable in the OS, machine hardware
limitations aside.

Thanks

Well if you are asking in the way I think you are just think about how many
multi nationals like Dell, Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Ford, GE etc all use at
least Win2K with I'm sure between them have several hundred thousand user
accounts. So if it's a question on behalf of your own or someone else's
company unless they employ more than a few million employees with PC
accounts I think your pretty safe for the maximum number of accounts.

Seems to me I remember reading somewhere that Mickeysoft
recomends no more than about 20,000 per domain controller.
