#Max memory for A8N-SLI Premium?

What is the maximum memory that an A8N-SLI motherboard can see/use? If
one puts in 4GB PC3200 (4x1GB Dual Channel)does the board only see it as
3.5GB and lower the speed to 333?

There is a thread here, where a user got good results with BIOS
1006 or later. That BIOS adds memory hoisting. To see any benefit
in terms of total memory, WinXP 64 bit edition would be a good
choice. WinXP 32 bit might still only show 2.75GB of memory, as
the hoisted memory is hoisted out of reach for WinXP 32 bit.

Even with a Revision E processor like Venice, you should still
expect 4 sticks to run at DDR400 2T command rate. DDR400 2T is
supposed to be faster than DDR333 1T, which is the other
possible setting.
