Matt Cartoon (Telegraph on line)

When I click on Matt's name I do not any longer get the cartoon displayed.
I note that javascript is being used. My java is enabled. Would someone
else check if they can view the cartoon or explain why I cannot?

The actual cartoon is a .gif file, perhaps your IE won't display gif files
for some reason.
