math problem

I don't know what you formula looks like in your software, but to me it shows 3 times the (square) root of 8
That would be:
=3*SQRT(8)
The answer would be 8.485281

If you happen to mean the cubic root of 8, that would be:
=8^(1/3)
The answer would be 2

Remember, the nth root of a is a^(1/n)
