Matching a Desktop

There is a computer around here that has a Desktop set up with a grayed
light blue background and white letters for the Icon Titles. I've tried
to duplicate it on my machine but am unable to do so. I can get an
exact match for the background color but cannot find an entry in the
Desktop Properties to make the Icon Titles white.

Will someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you

They are and have been since I got my flat screen a year or so ago. Is
there a way I can do it via the File and Transfer Wizard to pick up the
other machines desktop settings?

Thank you.

If you go to Control Panel - System - Advanced - Performance, click
Settings then in the Visual effects check 'Use drop shadows for icon
labels on desktop' and Apply, that results in the font becoming white
against almost all backgrounds, with a little dark shadowing

thank you, Alex.

'Use drop shadows' has been checked for a while here. I unchecked it to
see what would happen but still no white text. I'm really not going to
worry about it for it is such a mitish thing.

Thanks again.
