Master/Slave File System File Compatability

In buildin a new computer I want to use my old hard drive
that is Windows 98 Bootable as a slave to a new hard drive
NTFS that is the master running Windows 200 Pro. Should I
expect any problems? If so any recommendations

You will not be able to boot Win98 in any other way than changing boot
options in BIOS, or possibly by using some third party boot manager.

Also, Win98 will not be able to access your NTFS partition(s).
