Master Catagory list for Exchange

We are using a Contacts Public Folder for our global contacts. However we
have several special catagories we would like to add to it, as well as the
removal of several of the default ones in Outlook. Is there anyway I can
make a change to Exchange to update the master catagory list on each
workstation?

Exchange has nothing to do with the master category list, which is local to each user. A good solution for your scenario might be to enforce a list of categories for the public folder with a custom form. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/reqcat.htm
