Mass deployment & Windows Activation

I work for a large company. I am reimaging 50 laptops that at one point
were already activated. Upon reimaging I have to re-enter the COA Key for
each one as it comes out of its post-sysprep process & then it requests
activation once again. How can I get around this? I do not have a select
license. Their is an M/S TechNet whitepaper which describes how to get
around this, but it is not working as described. Windows activation counter
continues to decrease by one each day even though pop-up states 'this copy of
windows has already been activated'. If someone out there could help w/this,
I would greatly appreciated it.
