Mass Changing of Admin Password

We have an IT employee that is leaving at the end of today
and for security reasons, we will need to change the
administrator password on all of our clients. Right now,
all of them are set to the same password and we would like
to continue this practice. I know there is a way to
change the admin password for several computers at once,
but I'm not sure how. Can someone help me out?
