I'm new to this and need help. I put a scrolling marquee on the top of my site annoucing "the latest company news" but don't know how to create a hyperlink over that marquee to the page containing the news. Please help and thanks in advance.

Real simple:

Right click on the marquee, and choose hyperlink to make your link.

Just select the marquee in Normal view and assign your hyperlink,

BTW: The marquee doesn't scroll in non-IE browsers.
