Markup in Word 2003 vs Word 2000

We are a translator's office so we are using a lot the changes icone, we would like to switch to Word 2003, but we don't like the way it's tracking the changes we would like to know if it is possible to keep the way word 2000 is tracking the changes in Word 2003

You can disable the balloons, if that's what you mean. You can then choose
the desired formatting for inserted/deleted text as in the past. Note that
this is true only in Word 2003. In Word 2002, you can do most of the above
but have no choice about the formatting of deleted text except by using a
macro.
