marks unread

One of the clients is using Outlook 2000. He is a blackberry user too.
For last one week, couple of msgs get unread. These msgs are opened
positively.
Anyone has similar problem?

Are there any tools/add-on scripts to find out 'read' item time-stamps?

What are the troubleshooting steps you might suggest?
