Marking senders as NOT spam

I subscribe to an e-newsletter that consistently gets sent into my SPAM
folder. Every time I add the address and - more recently - domain to my safe
sender's list, and it keeps getting sent directly to my spam folder. How do
I stop this?

Outlook doesn't use a 'Spam' folder; it uses a 'Junk E-mail' folder. If
you get your messages into a 'Spam' folder, then it is another add-in
doing that.
