Hi.. I am looking for some help with the above. At work we use a template
to put in a summarization of days events.

Lately this Markup feature has started to appear and it changes the format
for printing. We have managed to go into View and remove Markup which is
great but it just keep reverting back. These documents need to be e-mailed
on occasion so this does pose a problem

Can someone explain how this happens and how we can remove it from the
document.

Thanks very much.

The Track Changes feature has been used in those docs & the markup will
remain until *all* changes have been either accepted or rejected, Track
Changes turned OFF & the doc saved. As you have found you can 'hide' the
markup for viewing & printing, but that doesn't remove it from the doc. Any
time the doc is reopened the markup will be displayed to ensure that the
user is aware of it. If Track Changes has not been cleared in the template
itself, any doc based on it will automatically have Track Changes active.
